White label marketing platform for agencies: the four compared

GoHighLevel (also written HighLevel) is a white label marketing platform that bundles funnels, email and SMS, calendars and reputation tools in one login, and Agency Pro, $497 a month, billed monthly, as read on 6 October 2026, is the plan that resells them under your brand.

GoHighLevel's marketing tools can be tried for 14 days on any plan before the plan bills. HighLevel's CRM page says a credit card is required, and billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel.

GoHighLevel: funnels, texting and reputation under your brand

HighLevel's pricing page lists a website and funnel builder, CRM and pipelines, email and SMS marketing, booking calendars, online reputation management and an Ad Manager as core features. Each client gets a sub-account, one client's workspace. Email and SMS are billed by use from a prepaid Agency Wallet, and HighLevel's pricing guide says Ad Manager has no platform fee for agencies, with ad spend separate.

White-label resale needs Agency Pro. HighLevel's pricing page says most add-ons can be resold there with your own markup, such as online listings at $30 a month per sub-account and WhatsApp at $10 a month per sub-account plus usage. GoHighLevel white label covers the branding steps.

Vendasta and DashClicks: platforms with services to resell

On Vendasta, white label means showing your own logo in the Business App, the app its clients use, renaming select products and removing Vendasta branding. The pricing page puts that on Professional, a $499 monthly minimum, billed monthly, while Starter is co-branded with Vendasta. Starter gives wholesale pricing on the products an agency resells.

DashClicks lists all apps and features as white-labeled on one plan, DashClicks Pro at $199 a month, billed monthly. Its apps include a funnel builder, an inbox with live chat and two-way SMS and email, invoicing with Stripe payments, and an iOS and Android app. Its fulfillment center, where an agency buys services to deliver or resell, is free to access, and you pay only for the services you use.

systeme.io's plans include unlimited email sends and 0% transaction fees. The Free plan is $0 with no credit card and lists 3 funnels and 2,000 contacts, and Startup is $17 a month, billed monthly.
