Same $97 entry price, different limits on clients, seats and contacts
GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels both start at $97 a month, and the difference for an agency is what that buys: HighLevel Starter includes three sub-accounts with unlimited contacts and unlimited users, while ClickFunnels Launch includes one workspace, two team members and 10,000 contacts. ClickFunnels in turn includes a monthly email allowance and a money-back guarantee that HighLevel does not offer.
So the choice is less about features, since both build funnels, send email and host courses, and more about how each one charges as your client list grows.
Entry plans and annual billing on both pricing pages
As read on 3 October 2026, HighLevel Starter is $97 a month or $970 a year. ClickFunnels Launch is $97 a month, or $81 a month when billed annually, which ClickFunnels shows as a saving of $194 a year.
ClickFunnels then steps up to Scale at $197 a month ($164 on annual billing), Optimize at $297 a month ($248 on annual billing) and Dominate at $5,997 a year, sold annually only. HighLevel steps up to Unlimited at $297 and Agency Pro at $497 a month. HighLevel bills phone, SMS, email and premium AI by usage on top. Its pricing guide gives email at $0.675 per 1,000 messages, and the cost worksheet helps estimate the rest.

What ClickFunnels includes that HighLevel bills separately, and what only HighLevel lists
- ClickFunnels only: a 30-day money-back guarantee after the trial, email volume built into the plan price, and a stated promise that it takes no percentage of sales.
- HighLevel only: unlimited contacts and users on every plan, inbound and outbound calling, SMS, and on Agency Pro, SaaS Mode, which creates client accounts automatically and rebills usage at a markup.
- Branding: HighLevel says agencies can put their own logo on the desktop web app. In the ClickFunnels comparison table, branding removal is marked only in the Dominate column. The white label guide explains what HighLevel rebrands and what it does not.
Both list funnels, landing pages, courses, communities, appointments, a pipeline CRM and workflow automation. ClickFunnels caps several of these by plan, for example three courses on Launch.
Who should choose ClickFunnels and who should choose HighLevel
ClickFunnels suits a single business that sells its own offers through funnels and wants a predictable bill: one price, emails included, and a refund window if it does not work out. A small in-house team of two fits within the two team members that Launch includes.
HighLevel suits an agency. Three clients fit on Starter, and from the fourth client the $297 Unlimited plan costs the same whether you manage five accounts or fifty. ClickFunnels reaches 20 workspaces only on Dominate. HighLevel is also the pick when clients need phone and text follow-up, although those messages are billed through the wallet, a risk the wallet exposure page sets out.
Switching from ClickFunnels to HighLevel: the official seven-part migration
HighLevel publishes a ClickFunnels migration guide, last modified on 17 August 2026. It lists seven things to move: courses and products, payment integrations, forms, websites and funnels, store funnels, email marketing and contacts. The work splits into three kinds.
- Exported and imported: products leave ClickFunnels as a CSV and enter HighLevel under Payments, Products, Import as CSV. Contacts are exported from the Customers menu and bulk imported.
- Imported with a tool: the guide links to a HighLevel article on importing funnels from ClickFunnels.
- Rebuilt by hand: courses, store funnels, email workflows and broadcasts are documented in ClickFunnels and recreated. Payment gateways such as Stripe are reconnected under Payments, Integrations.
The guide ends each stage with a test, including a test purchase through the rebuilt checkout. Keep the ClickFunnels account live until those tests pass.
