GoHighLevel agency trial: 14 days on any plan, then automatic billing

Last reviewed 6 October 2026

Quick answerThe pricing page gives 14 days on Starter, Unlimited or Agency Pro; the CRM page says a card goes on file and billing starts unless you cancel. For a trial with no card, look at Vendasta or ManyRequests.

GoHighLevel agency trial: length, plans and the card

The GoHighLevel (also written HighLevel) agency trial runs 14 days on any of the three plan cards, and HighLevel's own pages say a credit card goes on file first. The pricing FAQ says the trial gives full access to the tier you choose.

What the GoHighLevel trial leads to, as read on 6 October 2026
PlanAfter the trial, billed monthlyOr billed annuallyOn the plan card
Starter$97 a month$970 a year14 days
Unlimited$297 a month$2,970 a year14 days
Agency Pro$497 a month$4,970 a year14 days; an older help article says none

HighLevel's pricing page and home page give a 14-day free trial, while a separate Bootcamp sign-up page offers 30 days; the buttons on this site lead to the home page and its 14-day offer. HighLevel's pricing page promises a trial before you pay a dime and its home page says "No obligation", but its CRM, email and reputation pages say a credit card is required and billing starts automatically when the trial ends, so plan to enter a card.

What billing looks like when the 14 days end

HighLevel's pricing page says billing begins automatically at the end of any trial unless you cancel. Its Terms bill subscriptions in advance, monthly or annually, and renew them at the then-current rate until canceled. GoHighLevel agency pricing lists what each plan adds.

Usage charges and limits during the trial

A trial does not switch usage billing off: HighLevel's pricing page says usage-based fees for telecommunications or third-party services may apply during it. Usage is billed from the Agency Wallet, a prepaid balance that GoHighLevel reloads from the card on file. HighLevel's Terms say trial periods are not intended to be used consecutively.

On Agency Pro the vendor's pages differ: the pricing page shows 14 days on that card, while an older help article says Pro has no free trial, so check the card before counting on the trial there. The GoHighLevel Agency Pro review covers what that plan adds.

How to cancel before billing starts, and the refund policy

HighLevel's billing help describes canceling an agency subscription and does not treat a trial as a special case. The Terms also allow canceling by support ticket or by phone. The documented steps:

  1. Open Agency Settings and click Billing.
  2. Click the Want to Modify/Cancel Your Subscription? option.
  3. Click Show More in the pop-up and select Cancel Plan.
  4. Write feedback of at least 30 words, review the data loss warning and confirm. Warning: HighLevel's cancellation help says canceled account data is kept for 90 days and cannot be restored after that, and phone numbers and A2P texting registrations are deleted after 14 days but charged until then.

Fees are non-refundable under the Terms, and a missed cancellation earns no refund. HighLevel's billing help adds that refund requests go to its billing team for review, so plan on none.

Trials elsewhere: Vendasta, ManyRequests and DashClicks

Vendasta and ManyRequests both say no credit card is required to try them.

  • Vendasta: a free 14-day trial or a live demo. Starter is a $0 subscription with a $99 monthly minimum, billed monthly.
  • ManyRequests: a 14-day free trial. Core is $59 a month, billed monthly.
  • DashClicks: a Try it Free button with no length stated. DashClicks Pro is $199 a month, billed monthly.

Pick GoHighLevel's trial to set up automations on the plan you mean to buy, with a card on file and billing that starts unless you cancel. Pick Vendasta or ManyRequests to look around with no card.
