White label CRM reseller programs: the short answer

In a white label CRM reseller program the agency sets the client price on GoHighLevel (also written HighLevel) Agency Pro, on systeme.io and on Vendasta's Business App, and each program attaches its own price rule. GoHighLevel Agency Pro is $497 a month, billed monthly, as read on 6 October 2026.

Agency Pro's pricing card shows a 14-day free trial, though an older help article says Pro has none; HighLevel's CRM page says a credit card is required and billing starts automatically when a trial ends unless you cancel.

GoHighLevel Agency Pro and SaaS Mode

SaaS Mode, the Agency Pro feature that turns the platform into software you sell, lets you set the price while the system handles the setup, per HighLevel's pricing page. After a client buys, a sub-account, one client's workspace, is created or linked, and any snapshot attached to the SaaS plan is applied. What is GoHighLevel SaaS covers the plan setup.

An HVAC-focused agency would create one snapshot, a reusable template of one sub-account's configuration, and attach it to its SaaS plan so it loads into every new client account. HighLevel's snapshot article lists workflows, forms, funnels and pipelines as copied, and contacts and conversations as not copied. The agency rebills each client's text and call usage with a markup, which only Agency Pro lists.

HighLevel's Terms bar digitally advertising access to a HighLevel package or plan below HighLevel's then-current standard pricing for the same or a substantially similar package. They call this the minimum advertised price. It covers offerings that grant access to the Core Platform, a combination of two or more listed platform features, and not a single feature sold as a standalone product. The Terms let HighLevel change its standard pricing at any time.

GoHighLevel Agency Pro has the plan's full feature list.

systeme.io and Vendasta: two other resale models

systeme.io lets you resell its own plans, and which ones follows your own plan: Startup users can resell Startup, Webinar users Startup and Webinar, and Unlimited users all plans. Resale prices cannot be lower than systeme.io's own. systeme.io's white label page says white label is included on every plan at no extra cost, while its pricing FAQ tells agencies to contact the team for white label pricing, so confirm the price in writing.

Vendasta gives unlimited client accounts and users and says you can charge whatever price you find suitable for its Business App, the app its clients use. Starter is a $0 subscription with a $99 monthly minimum of wholesale products and services, billed monthly.

SuiteDash partner accounts

SuiteDash's help center describes a partner program in which a free-trial child account is deactivated after 30 days. The partner can switch white-label access on or off for each customer.

What every reseller carries: support, liability and tax

On GoHighLevel, HighLevel's Terms say the reseller is fully liable to its customers for their use of the platform, may not direct customers to contact HighLevel for support, and alone collects and remits taxes on its resale or markup. The Terms also license resale as limited and revocable and let HighLevel suspend or end your ability to resell in its sole discretion.

Which reseller program to pick

  • GoHighLevel Agency Pro to set your own client price on a full CRM with texting and calling, within the Terms' minimum advertised price rule.
  • systeme.io to resell a low-priced funnel and email platform at no less than its own prices.
  • Vendasta to set the price of its Business App and buy products at wholesale.

Best white label CRM compares all five platforms by the work you sell.
