GoHighLevel alternatives for agencies: five platforms you can brand or run clients on

Last materially reviewed 2026-10-03

Quick answerVendasta, DashClicks, SuiteDash, Duda and ManyRequests each replace part of GoHighLevel for an agency. None lists its mix of unlimited sub-accounts, SaaS Mode and usage rebilling.

Five GoHighLevel alternatives an agency can brand

The closest GoHighLevel alternatives for agencies are Vendasta and DashClicks, which both pair a multi-client platform with services you can resell. SuiteDash, Duda and ManyRequests cover narrower jobs: a client portal, client websites and client requests. Each price below was read on that vendor's own pricing page on 3 October 2026, in US dollars.

What each alternative does that GoHighLevel does not

  • Vendasta sells you products and services at wholesale prices to resell. Its minimum spend can be met by those purchases, and the pricing page says each $1 spent on select products takes $1 off the subscription fee from the second month.
  • DashClicks offers a fulfillment center for ads, SEO, content and listings that is free to access, with payment per service used. GoHighLevel sells software, not done-for-you delivery.
  • SuiteDash prices per account and not per user on every tier, and lists white labeling and a custom branded mobile app on its $19 Start plan. GoHighLevel lists its white-label mobile app at $497 a month.
  • Duda white-labels the website builder, the multi-site dashboard, preview pages and platform emails on its White Label plan.
  • ManyRequests is built around service requests and design or video proofing, which GoHighLevel does not present as a core feature.

Vendasta, SuiteDash, Duda and ManyRequests each state a 14-day free trial, the same length as GoHighLevel.

Where GoHighLevel still fits, and where it does not

GoHighLevel fits an agency whose service is lead capture and follow-up: forms, funnels, pipelines, texting, calling and booking for each client, with a separate sub-account per client. On Unlimited the sub-account count does not raise the bill, and on Agency Pro you can sell the platform as your own software. Our GoHighLevel plan guide for agencies has a worked cost for 10 clients, and what SaaS Mode is covers the reselling route.

It fits less well when the agency sells finished work and not a system. A web studio gets more from Duda. A creative or content shop that lives in briefs and revisions gets more from ManyRequests, and we set those two side by side in HighLevel vs ManyRequests. An agency with no delivery team gets more from DashClicks or Vendasta, because both sell the fulfillment as well as the software.

Two checks before you commit. Vendasta's Professional and Premium tiers carry a 1-year contract, while GoHighLevel and SuiteDash state no contract and DashClicks says you can cancel at any time. And none of the five alternative pricing pages we read lists per-text or per-minute phone rates the way GoHighLevel does, so ask each vendor how client texting and calling are charged before you move clients. Prices can change after the date shown.
