GoHighLevel vs systeme.io: price, sub-accounts and white label compared

Last materially reviewed 2026-10-03

Quick answersysteme.io is cheaper: free, then $17 a month, and it states unlimited sub-accounts on every plan. GoHighLevel, from $97, adds calling, a shared conversations inbox and usage rebilling.

systeme.io costs less; GoHighLevel covers phone, texting and usage rebilling

systeme.io is the cheaper platform and GoHighLevel is the broader one. systeme.io has a free plan and a paid entry of $17 a month, and its sub-accounts page says unlimited sub-accounts are available on every plan, the free one included. GoHighLevel starts at $97 a month and adds things systeme.io does not claim to cover, chiefly inbound and outbound calling, a shared conversations inbox and rebilling of client usage.

An agency whose service is funnels, email and courses can run it on systeme.io for far less. An agency that sells lead follow-up by phone and text needs HighLevel.

Entry prices: systeme.io Free and Startup against HighLevel Starter

As read on 3 October 2026, systeme.io lists Free at $0, Startup at $17 a month or $170 a year, Webinar at $47 a month or $470 a year, and Unlimited at $97 a month or $970 a year. HighLevel lists Starter at $97 a month or $970 a year, Unlimited at $297 and Agency Pro at $497 a month.

The two numbers meet in the middle: systeme.io's highest standard plan costs exactly what HighLevel's lowest does. What differs is the meter. systeme.io describes its plans as based mainly on contact limits, with unlimited email sending included. HighLevel plans have unlimited contacts but bill email, SMS, calls and premium AI by usage, as the HighLevel pricing page on this site explains.

Calling and two-way SMSCalling, SMS marketing and unified conversations listed as core features, usage billedsysteme.io names two-way SMS conversations as a feature it does not yet offer

systeme.io's pricing page disagrees with itself on Startup funnels: the plan card shows up to 10 and the FAQ on the same page says unlimited, so no conclusion here rests on the funnel count. Its white label page says white label comes with every plan at no extra cost, while the pricing FAQ tells agencies to contact the team for white label pricing. Confirm both with systeme.io before you plan a resale offer.

What each platform does that the other does not

  • systeme.io only: a free plan that does not expire, unlimited email sending at no extra charge, 0% transaction fees stated on every plan, and a done-for-you migration service at no extra cost with the Unlimited plan or any annual plan.
  • HighLevel only: inbound and outbound calling, a unified conversations inbox, unlimited contacts and users on every plan, and rebilling of phone and email usage to clients, with a markup on Agency Pro. The rebilling model page shows how that markup works.
  • Different rules for reselling: systeme.io lets you set your own prices but not below its own, and the plans you can resell depend on the plan you hold. HighLevel puts automated account creation behind SaaS Mode.

Which agencies fit systeme.io and which fit HighLevel

systeme.io suits freelancers and small agencies that build funnels, email sequences, courses and simple sites for clients, and want each client in a separate workspace without a bill that rises per client. Its own white label page says it is not ideal for teams that need two-way SMS conversations or heavy customization of the interface.

HighLevel suits agencies that sell speed-to-lead and follow-up by calls, texts and a shared inbox. It also suits agencies with many staff, since every plan allows unlimited users. If the monthly usage wallet worries you more than the subscription, read about client-owned tools before deciding.

What a move between systeme.io and HighLevel involves

From HighLevel to systeme.io: systeme.io's migration team rebuilds funnels, pages, products, email sequences, courses and contacts for you. The steps are to sign up for Unlimited or an annual plan, send support the details of your current setup, and wait for a time estimate, which the page puts at 2 to 5 business days for a simple setup and 1 to 2 weeks for a large one. Its list of supported platforms names ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Kartra and others but not GoHighLevel, so ask support before paying. Phone numbers, call history and SMS conversations have no stated equivalent to move into.

From systeme.io to HighLevel: contacts go in by CSV, imported by an admin user from a single-sheet file under 30MB. Funnels, courses and automations are rebuilt by hand. Keep the old platform live until the new one is tested. After a HighLevel cancellation, its help center says account data is retained for 90 days.
