GoHighLevel white label: what an agency can rebrand, on which plan, and what it costs

Last materially reviewed 2026-10-03

Quick answerYes. An agency can put its own domain, logo and links on GoHighLevel, and build branded desktop and mobile apps. The white-label mobile app costs $497 a month extra.

Yes, GoHighLevel can be white-labeled, and here is what changes

Yes. GoHighLevel can be white-labeled, so clients log in at your domain, see your logo and click links that carry your brand. The pricing page says you can white-label the desktop web app so clients see your branding and not HighLevel's. The mobile app is the one part with a separate fee.

How the domain, links and emails are branded

HighLevel's help center describes the login domain as a four-part setup.

  1. Create a CNAME record for a subdomain at your DNS provider, pointing to the target HighLevel gives you.
  2. In Agency View, open Settings, then Company, and enter the subdomain in the Whitelabel Domain field.
  3. Upload your logo and add your Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions links.
  4. Wait for DNS to update. HighLevel issues the SSL certificate automatically.

The login domain does not brand the links inside emails and texts. That is a second setting, the API or branded domain, which can be set once for the agency and again per sub-account for a client's own domain. Email is a third: each sub-account can authenticate a dedicated sending domain for LC Email. The dedicated IP add-on is only available on the $297 and $497 plans.

The white-label mobile app add-on: price and requirements

The white-label mobile app is listed at $497 a month, or $1,491 a quarter, in HighLevel's pricing guide. The pricing page shows the same $497 a month and says the app is included in the Enterprise plan. It is listed as an agency-level add-on, with no per-sub-account marker.

You publish the app under your own developer accounts, so the listed prerequisites matter:

  • A D-U-N-S number, which Apple requires.
  • An Apple Developer Program organization account with App Store Connect access.
  • A Google Play Console organization account.
  • Public Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions pages.

The self-service customizer in Agency View then handles the app name, icon, colors, login screen and navigation, and starts the builds. HighLevel says there is a limit on how many modules fit in the main navigation, with the rest moved to an app drawer.

GoHighLevel reseller: which plan lets you sell it as your own software

Branding and reselling are separate things. To act as a GoHighLevel reseller, selling subscriptions that create client accounts automatically, you need SaaS Mode, which is on Agency Pro at $497 a month or $4,970 a year. That plan also lets you rebill phone, email and other usage with a markup. Unlimited at $297 a month only rebills at cost. Our explainer on what SaaS Mode does and the rebilling model go further.

So a fully branded resale setup with a mobile app is $497 for Agency Pro plus $497 for the app, $994 a month before any usage. See which plan an agency needs if you are not sure SaaS Mode is worth it.

Limits of the white label, and what to use if it falls short

  • The login domain must be a subdomain set by CNAME. The help article does not offer the root domain as an option.
  • The Zapier app is named LeadConnector, not your brand, unless you buy the Whitelabel Zap.
  • The white-label desktop app is shared by download link. Mac App Store and Microsoft Store listings are described as a future enhancement.
  • Marketplace apps have their own standard or white-label listing type, so a third-party app may still show its maker's branding.
  • HighLevel hosts and secures the application, so features and outages are theirs, whatever the logo says.

If you want a branded mobile app without a $497 add-on, SuiteDash lists a custom branded mobile app on its $19 a month Start plan, though it is a client portal and not a texting and calling platform.
