GoHighLevel vs DashClicks: the short answer

GoHighLevel (also written HighLevel) Unlimited is $297 a month, billed monthly, and DashClicks Pro is $199 a month, billed monthly. Both list unlimited sub-accounts and unlimited users, GoHighLevel's subject to its fair use policy. A sub-account is one client's separate account, which HighLevel also calls a location.

DashClicks adds a fulfillment center, free to access, where you pay only for the services you use. GoHighLevel lists a funnel builder, CRM and pipelines, and email and SMS marketing. DashClicks lists a CRM, a funnel builder and a two-way SMS and email inbox as well, so the choice is about delivery and billing, not a missing feature.

GoHighLevel's trial lasts 14 days; HighLevel's CRM page says a credit card goes on file and billing starts when it ends unless you cancel.

GoHighLevel's figures exclude usage: calls, texts and email are billed from a prepaid Agency Wallet on top of the plan. DashClicks's pricing page says the subscription gives complete access to every feature and does not say what texts and calls cost.

White label and sub-accounts for each client

DashClicks lists itself as white-labeled on its one plan, with unlimited sub-accounts for your clients, and its home page offers software to resell under your brand. GoHighLevel ties full white-label resale to Agency Pro, $497 a month, billed monthly, per its CRM page. An agency that resells under its own brand should price the comparison against Agency Pro, not Unlimited.

Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode, which sells GoHighLevel as your own software. The white label CRM reseller page covers reseller programs side by side.

Fulfillment and setup help

DashClicks says its fulfillment center needs no software subscription, and its home page says you can buy services for your own business or resell them white label. The pages read give no price for any service.

For setup, DashClicks gives every new account a one-hour video session and lists email, live chat and phone support. GoHighLevel lists 24/7 support on every plan and sells Advanced Account Setup, a done-with-you setup service listed at $1,000 in HighLevel's pricing guide.

Who should pick DashClicks, and who GoHighLevel
