Define the calculation
Our browser-local worksheet estimates one client plan for one month in a single currency. It adds allocated fixed costs, client-specific extras, one usage category and estimated support effort. It does not connect to HighLevel, store your entries or set a selling price. Include additional usage categories in a separate record rather than combining unlike units under a convenient average.
Use deliberate inputs
Enter the amount of shared platform cost assigned to this client, separately purchased extras, billable units, rate per unit, support hours and your chosen hourly cost. The allocation method is an assumption, not a provider charge. Rate and quantity need matching units. Enter zero only when you know that category is zero; an unknown rate should prevent a misleading total.
A fictional example
The example button uses invented numbers: 40 fixed, 12 extras, 300 units at 0.02, and 1.5 hours at 30. The resulting 103 is an arithmetic illustration in your chosen currency. It is not a current HighLevel quote, an agency price recommendation or a forecast of profit. Try doubling support hours to see why operational work should not disappear from the calculation.
Interpret before using
One-time setup, tax, refunds, transaction charges and any omitted categories remain outside this small worksheet. Write them separately and note the date of every current quote. Compare an ordinary month and a deliberately chosen higher-use case without assigning them invented probabilities. If the decision changes drastically under a plausible input, investigate that input before committing. Keep your private client or payment identifiers out of this public tool. Save your assumptions only in your own approved planning system if needed. This page deliberately offers no email capture, account import or hidden estimate storage; clearing the fields removes the displayed inputs.
The evidence behind this buying guidance
This guide draws on HighLevel billing and wallets, HighLevel pricing. Merchant-controlled records describe the provider’s own capabilities, terms or standards; they do not independently validate those claims. These records do not establish independent confirmation of the product claims.
Verify any current price, plan limit, label direction, compatibility rule, or commercial term that would materially change the decision. The dated source ledger shows the underlying records so this conclusion can be checked and updated.
